How to generate a form request for signing?

How to generate a form request for signing?

1.Click on generate form request next to your form 


2.Enter the following information:


Customer Email / email address

Please enter email address / mobile number where the link needs to be triggered to capture response from the user

Reference id

Pass any reference number like loan application number / vendor number / any unique reference number for internal dedupe purpose

Transaction id

Pass any reference number like loan application number / vendor number / any unique reference number for internal dedupe purpose

Complete Within

Please define the expiry of the link for eg : 7 days is default value. Post 7 days of generation of links, users will not be able to use the same.

Generate Document

Select yes if you want to generate the document else select no.

Sign type

Select the sign type for the form. 

Add Signer (for the forms without document template)

Don’t add signers

Add Signer (for the forms with document template)

Add signers and select the mode of signing by adding:

Signers Name - Name of the Signer

Email / Mobile No - Email id / Mobile number of the signer 

Sign Type - Aadhar / DSC /Electronic
