How does user authentication happen using Physical mandates?
Post mandate request creation based on 3.2 a pre-filled PDF form can be downloaded via API call or Digio Mandate book section. That looks like below -
Once the NACH mandate form has been downloaded, it has to be printed, and signed by the customer.
Once signed, the agent/customer needs to upload the signed image via API call or Digio dashboard. Digio auto crops processes the mandate image using AI as per NPCI formats.
QR Code contains information about the Digio NACH id, CRN that you can leverage for mapping this mandate programmatically to the mandate instance at your end. This can also be used for enforcing users to upload correct image against a mandate id.
After post processing, Digio passes a ZIP containing NPCI format XML files and Processed mandate images to your sponsor bank for passing it to NPCI for further processing.
