How can I monitor my mandate registration & debit status?

Three ways mandate registration & debit status can be monitored -      

      a - Webhooks. (Data proactively updated at your end)

      b - Digio Dashboards (Individual entity level real time status can be seen) 

      c - Digio MIS (Separate MIS can be downloaded upto 30 days window for Mandate and Debit) 

   

To generate a Presentation Report, go click on the ‘All Reports’ option under the ‘Reports’ section in the navigation panel on the left.



Once a report type, the date range for the report and the email address(es) to which it should be sent are selected and ‘Generate’ is clicked, the report is added to the list of reports on the right, along with its current state. Once the report is generated, the ‘Download’ button will become active. Click on it to download the report csv. The same report will also be emailed to the email address provided while generating.
