How can I generate multiple/bulk sign requests from a single document?

Step 1 : Select the template from the dashboard and click on download blank csv from the panel


Step 2 : Upload the filled csv/xls using upload csv/xls option.


Tips to fill the imported csv :


First few columns would be the variables defined in the template until you see field with naming convention mentioned below:

Signer email address or mobile number on which the sign link will be sent

sign_type_1

Enter sign type either 

(aadhaar / dsc / electronic/document_review)

Aadhaar for aadhar based signatures (note only otp based supported)

DSC for USB based token signatures (works only when signer is using laptop / desktop)

Electronic for onscreen based signing

Document_review

Enter the name of the signer who will sign the document

Set it as “true” If you want to add sequencing to the signing, signer # 1 will sign first then only signer # 2 can sign the document, otherwise False

Pass any custom message for the signer to be sent on the email along with the signing link

Please eSign the Mutual NDA / Please eSign the account opening form

Please input the eStamp tag in case the document needs stamp paper to be affixed

sign_within

Define the expiry of the link triggered (Max upto 30 days)

If you don’t want any signers to sign after the defined time, then pass xx days based on your requirement. 

post_signing_email_reciever

Input the email address

Add email address of the entity that needs to receive a notification post successful signing. 


Once a successful csv is uploaded all your signing documents would be visible under the sent tab.
